Who can participate?

Students with good to advanced English skills and an interest in debating and politics from grades 8 – 11

What is MEP?

MEP stands for Model European Parliament and is a simulation of the decision-making process of the European Parliament. Students represent delegates from political factions, debating and working on major problems of our time.

Date: 3 – 5 November 2023

Participants: Approximately 270 secondary school students from national and international schools throughout Europe, the U.S. and Canada

Host: AFNORTH International School

Aims: Improve your English and debating skills and learn about politics while meeting excellent and motivated students from all over the world.

Venue: Congresscentrum Rolduc, Kerkrade, The Netherlands
